  • Sedentary lifestyle: characterised by little physical activity

  • Healthy lifestyle: includes regular exercise, balanced diet and stress management

  • Nomadic lifestyle: involves frequent travel and no fixed home

  • Urban lifestyle: associated with city living, fast-paced and modern conveniences

  • Minimalist lifestyle: focuses on simplicity and decluttering

  • Sustainable lifestyle: focuses on reducing waste and living in an environmentally friendly way
