At asphaleia training, we offer learning programmes for young people who are NEET or at risk of becoming NEET aged 14-18 years old which you can refer young people to.

    14-18 programmes

Our OnTrack programme, funded by EFA offers everything a young person needs to begin their journey into work and a career. Our qualifications are offered at entry level and level 1 and our team will work with each young person to make sure they are on the right programme that will help you to achieve, no matter what level they start at. The qualifications on offer on this programme are:

Qualifications and skills for WORK: qualifications that employers want to see

    • English
    • Maths
    • ICT
    • Employability skills

Qualifications and skills for YOU: courses that develop you

    • Health and wellbeing
    • Money management
    • Problem solving
    • Communication skills

Qualifications for YOUR FUTURE LEARNING: courses that can lead into further learning opportunities

    • Customer Service
    • Business Administration

  • Purchasing our services

The majority of our programmes are funded externally. As long as young people meet the eligibility criteria and we have availability, they should be able to access our learning provision at no cost. For those young people who do not meet the funding criteria, it may still be possible for us to work with them, at a reasonable rate.
